Each wooden knife is hand carved and finished in a natural food safe oil. These wooden cheese knives perfectly compliment our range of hand made chopping and serving boards. We use only sustainable Irish hardwood when making our cheese knives, this means that each knife is unique and will be made from a diverse range of wood.
Crafted from sustainable, local hardwoods, these knives are ideal for most cheeses, except especially hard cheese, like Parmesan.
